Showcase/Conference Registration

The registration fee covers the cost of the conference. It includes tuition, Healthy Fair exhibits, breaks, lunch, and CE contact hours. Normal registration cost is $80.00 per person through 4/25/14. Late registration after 4/25/14 is $90.00 per person. Student registration discounts are funded by scholarships of the Foundation. The first presenter is free. Additional presenters must pay the regular amount. Registration is transferable, however, there will be no refunds. Don't forget to include yourself if you are also attending!

Gala Registration

Additional information regarding the seating arrangements
All seating requests will be accommodated to the best of our ability, but are not guaranteed. Gala cost is $75.00 per seat through 4/25/14. Late registration after 4/25/14 is $85.00 per seat. Space is limited for the Gala. Seat assignments will be posted outside the ballroom the evening of the Gala. Don't forget to include yourself if you are also attending!
